Until Christ Returns

Following Jesus

And He went down with them and came to Nazareth and was habitually obedient to them;.."
Luke2:3 (Amp. Bible)

Yes today Jesus was already three days on this planet earth.  His  dwelling for 33 years. How strange and wonderful it is
to think He was really only human.  A small baby, so dependent of him Mommy and Daddy.  By now he must have had clothes
on, but feeding times, he suck the breasts of Him Mother just like you and me did.  He was so vulnerable.  So small and tiny and fragile.

Just look at the tiny toddler.  Oh But He was God Almighty's Son.  The Only begotten Son.  Praise the Lord!!!, and the Hand of God was upon Him.

But to think about it.  He was so dependent on earthly parents.  So much, just like us, and when He grew up we read in this above Scripture that He was habitually obedient to them.

Wow,  he must have been a lot, or must I rather say that our sonWessel was a lot like Him.   Wessel never really deserved a spanking.  He was just such a obedient son, and we now see it in our grandson.  It is so beautiful.  When Mama says.  "Don't touch", he will go closely, and the tiny hand will almost touch, but still he is totally obedient.  It touches ones heart to see that.  I know it the nature of Jesus in them that causes  them to be just obedient children.

Oh what a wonderful Jesus.  Since He was so small He was perfect in all things.  Oh praise His wonderful Name.  I am sure that is why He He places a big responsibility on us to be obedient.  He could be as a child and then as an upgrowing Child He also became obedient to His Father in Heaven.  To name a few Scriptures:

Romans 5:19: "so by one Man's obedience the many will be constituted righteous"

11Corinthians 10:5 "and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)"

Prayer.

"Wonderful Heavenly Father, will you help me to be obedient to Your voice and to everything You expect from me. I love you with my whole heart, and do not want to  disappoint You ever, my precious Father. I pray that  in the matchless Name of Jesus Christ."

I love you so much
Susan.
